| Tournament Rules & Participation: |
| The following tournament rules will be used and interpreted to hold
the Jackpot Buddy Fishing LLC tournaments and shall be administered by a
tournament committee appointed by the Jackpot Buddy tournament director.
Any interpretations of these rules made by the tournament committee
shall be final.
There will be no substitutions of partners
for the classic.

| Jackpot Buddy Classic & Angler’s
of the Year Awards: |
The Jackpot Buddy Fishing LLC circuit will conduct 6 regular
tournaments during the season. Each team entering the tournaments will
accumulate points, based upon order of finish, for the purpose
qualifying for the year end tournament the “Jackpot Buddy Classic” (JPBC).
To qualify for the JPBC a team must have fished at least 5 of the six
regular tournaments and accumulate the appropriate number of qualifying
points necessary to have placed in the Top 20 teams in the JPBA. The
total scores of each team will be tabulated to determine the JPBC field.
1 Wild Card team will be invited to the JPBC, the highest point scoring
team that fished all 6 tournaments but failed to qualify through normal
point standings. There will be no entry fee charged for the JPBC. The
team that accumulates the highest number of points during the regular
season tournaments will be named Jackpot Buddy “Anglers of the Year” and
will receive the award at the JPBC.

| Point Accumulation: |
Points to teams will be awarded as follows: All teams will receive
25 points for participation regardless of order of finish for the
tournament. The tournament participants will receive points based upon
order of finish in descending order from 100 to 0. (i.e. 1st = 100
points 2nd = 99 50th = 50 etc.) In case of a tie in the order of finish,
each team will receive the same number of points. The total points for
the tournament will be the sum of the points awarded for order of finish
plus the participation points if any received. (i.e. 1st 100 + 25 = 125
points total for tournament) (However the teams MUST be present and fish
the tournament. No participation points will given to No Show team or
teams).

| Participants: |
Upon payment of the proper entry fees, anglers desiring to fish in
the Jackpot Buddy Fishing LLC Tournaments will fish in teams of two as a
boater and non-boater. The team will remain the same for the entire
tournament season. Each team will be allowed a total of 2 substitutions
during the regular season. Each team member of legal age will need to
hold a valid Fishing License, and have paid the Annual Jackpot Buddy
Bass Association dues of $ 25.00 dollars per team member. Any anglers
under age 16 will need to provide written consent from a parent or legal
guardian to the tournament director allowing them to participate in any
Jackpot Buddy event.

| Entry Fees and Pay Out: |
Each regular tournament fee shall be $125.00 per boat. Entry
deadline will be 14 days prior to the tournament. Late entries will be
accepted until the start of the tournament at the ramp. There will be a
$20.00 late fee assessed all late entries. Pay back will equal 80% of
all fees collected and consist of cash, trophies, and gifts. A portion
of all entries will be held for payment at the Jackpot Buddy Classic. No
entries will be accepted prior to January 1, 2008.

| Tournament Meetings, Headquarters,
Hours & Launch Order: |
Each tournament will be headquartered at the launch locations. A
pre- tournament check- in will be approximately 1 hour before “safe
light” on the tournament day. Teams must check in prior to the
pre-tournament meeting for launch assignment. Each tournament will begin
at a time designated by the tournament director and continue until 3:00
pm or other such time specified at the pre-tournament meeting. Any team
that per registers for all 6 of the tournaments; prior to the first
tournament of the year will be given 50% off of there membership dues.
This procedure rewards the teams that commit to fish the entire Jackpot
Buddy Fishing LLC Circuit. There will be NO REFUNDS of tournament entry fees if
you are a no show at any tournament you have pre- registered for.
Take-Off will be determined by drawing. The drawing will take place 10
days before the tournament day. All entrees received after the drawing
date will follow the last boat in order of entree. The Take-Off will be
posted on JPBC tournament sight.

| Tackle & Equipment: |
Only artificial baits & lures may be used. Pork style baits are
allowed. No trolling. All fish must be caught in legal manner on rod and
reel. Only one rod and reel may be used by an angler at a time. All
boats must meet coast guard and BIA requirements and be equipped with
the following: Kill switch. Properly operating aerated livewell; capable
of sustaining a limit of fish for an entire day of fishing. Coast guard
approved personal floatation devices for each team member that must be
worn when the gasoline engine is running. (Note: Kill switch must be
attached to driver when operating the gasoline engine) All equipment
will be subject to inspection.

| Identification & Fishing
Locations: |
Fishing will be permitted anywhere on the tournament lake accessible
by boat except for the following: No Fishing within 50 yards of another
contestant’s CLEARLY MARKED & IDENTIFIABLE boat. No Fishing within 50
yards of gas pumps or any locations POSTED “NO FISHING” or “OFF LIMITS”
areas. Each team will be issued an identification card that will
indicate the teams launch order and which will be turned in at check-in
time to avoid late penalties.

| Scoring: |
All species of black bass, largemouth, smallmouth and Kentucky
(spotted) will be counted in the total weight of the creel. Highest
weight per team will determine finish order. In event of a tie the
largest fish will break the tie. All fish must meet lake length limit.
(Mouth closed on flat board). Five fish may be weighed in by each team.
All live fish will be released following the tournament.

| Penalties: |
Late Check-in penalty shall be a reduction in creel weight of 1
pound per minute. After 15 minutes the team shall be disqualified. No
Exceptions.
Dead Fish – For each legal dead bass presented to weigh-in official, the
competitor shall be penalized the following deduction; 1 dead fish-6oz,
2 dead fish-12oz, 3 dead fish-24oz, 4 dead fish-36oz, 5dead fish-60oz.
It is your responsibility to keep all fish alive. Tournament director,
or his/her designees, shall have sole authority for assessing penalty
points. It is suggested in warm weather tournaments anglers keep extra
ice for the fish. Contestants are allowed to purchase ice on the water.
Any altered fish presented for weigh in will cause the team to be
immediately disqualified. Any fish presented for weigh in which fails to
measure the official length, shall result in a 1.00 pound penalty for
each such bass, which penalty shall be deducted from the total score of
the team.

| Protests: |
Any protest must be filed in writing with the tournament director
within 15 minutes of the conclusion of the weigh in. Any team filing a
protest agrees to bear the cost of any truth testing expense incurred
necessary to settle the protest. All teams agree by the signing of the
entry form to submit to a truth test if requested by the tournament
director. Failure to comply will result in tournament disqualification
and could result in denied entry to future Jackpot Buddy tournaments.

| Safety & Sportsmanship: |
Tournament bass anglers and the tournaments they fish are under
extreme scrutiny from the public, fisherman, conservationists, and state
agencies. Conservation, care and courtesy must be practiced at all
times. No alcoholic beverages will be allowed in the boats or used by
anglers during the tournament hours and weigh in. No illegal drugs,
stimulants or depressants (other than over the counter medicines or
prescribed by physicians) shall be used by any competitors during
tournament hours. Any angler not practicing the highest standards of
sportsmanship shall be subject to disqualification.

| Insurance Verification & Liability
Release: |
By signing this application I/we agree and state that any boat used
in the Jackpot Buddy Fishing LLC. Tournament circuit is currently insured
and will be continually insured to meet the state required minimums for
boater’s liability. It is further agreed that I/we shall hold harmless
Jackpot Buddy Fishing LLC., its agents, officers, employees and sponsors
from any and all claims, demands, damages, costs or expenses relating to
injury to any person/s or any property which I/we may sustain or which
I/we may or cause by reason of my/our participation in any Jackpot Buddy
Bass LLC event. This release of liability waives my/our rights to seek
any type of damages, costs or settlement from Jackpot Buddy Fishing LLC for
any liability whatsoever both current and future and further waives any
right of recovery from any insurance carrier on or for my benefit and
behalf.
